½ tsp ……… cooking oil
½ tsp ……… mustard seeds
½ tsp ……… asafoetida
1 tsp ……… ginger garlic paste
1 cup ……… milk

- If you are using frozen corn, thaw it first. Put the corn kernels in a grinder and grind them to form a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger garlic paste and ground corn kernels, salt and mix well.
- Now add the milk slowly while constantly stirring the mix.
- Cover the lid and cook it till its nice and soft.
- Garnish with chili flakes.
- Ready to serve.
Tip:
Add a little lemon juice if you want sweet and sour tast.
You can add more milk and have it as a thick soup if you prefer.
