1 Tsp ….. Red chili sarlic paste
1 Tsp …… Green chili and ginger paste
1 Tbsp ……. Sesame seeds
1 Tsp ………… Maharashtrian Goda masala
1 Tsp …………. Turmeric powder
1 Tsp ……….. Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp …………….. Asafoetida (Hing)
1 Tbsp …. Sugar
1 Tsp ……. Lemon juice
1 Big onion chopped
Few curry leaves
2 whole red chilies
1 Tbsp ………… Oil
Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida , dried red chilies and curry leaves.
- Mix all the dry masalas (Goda masala/ turmeric powder/ sesame seeds) in a half cup water , make sure no lumps are formed. Now add them to the pan with chili garlic paste
- Mix the spices well till oil comes out
- Now add the boiled sprouts , add salt , sugar , chili and ginger paste and lemon juice
- Add 1 cup water
- Mix well and cook with lid covered for five mins.
- Sprinkle chopped onions , coriander leaves and Haldiram’s mixture.
- Ready to eat !! (make sure you add onions, and dried mixture just before serving)
- And it can be eaten with paratha or rice. Enjoy !
