So it really isn’t

about
asking
seeking
fearing
questioning
doubting
waiting
hoping
wanting
 **
or
hiding
in that noisy room
with our thoughts
that chase each other
till they get tired
and fall into a wordless
darkness.
 **
or
 the drama of denial
the spectacle of anger
the little betrayals
of who we were
or could be
maybe.. are
 **
What it is about
is not a beginning
or an end
or a perfect sentence
in a perfect context
this
or that
arriving
or leaving
giving
or taking
 **
It is life
without a question
without explanation
or guarantees
 **
it is nothing
but a soulful breath
in the moment
when we know
what we draw in
and exactly
what we give out.
