The sea is speechless…
numb with a haunting silence…

The waves unable to let the shore know,
the bliss of every caress…every touch,

The sheer contentment is in the ‘knowing’…
nothing can part the sea from the shore….

An eternal Yes! Forever bliss..

to feel the kiss…
of joy, love and more.

The waves dance, trying to sing ..

the  deep mystery of the sea.

But the shore..taciturn,
forever still…frozen in its indifference…

Distant from the ever hopeful
and endlessly longing sea….
