Stop for a bit. Here is a mirror. Look into it.

What do you see? Look again.

Strange isn’t it, how we can surprise ourselves now and then?

Welcome to an experimance about finding and losing yourself.

Knock Knock Who’s There? is a workshop + performance where the audience will participate and in the process, get to meet themselves over and over again.

Through a montage of visuals, sounds, movement, art and text, the experimance will create a space for playful exploration and discovery. As part of the experimance, the audience will recall and reflect on personal narratives. They will make choices and then question them. They will travel a fictional universe and gift themselves some super powers. They will make eye contact with themselves and discover a voice within.

As the audience reflect through the experimance, they are also expressing simultaneously using words, images, colours, shapes and textures. At the end, they will meet themselves again; embrace their new discoveries, step into their own shoes, feeling different.

What is an Experimance?

You can call it an experiment within a performance or an experience facilitated by performance or an exploration of a new kind of performance. This is a process that blurs lines between the audience and the performers. The audience become participants, where they make choices and perform different tasks through the performance. At the end of the process, the audience would have created something for themselves, physically and emotionally.
