For a very good reason, pasta is one of the most popular foods in the world ! It is tasty, easy to cook and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. It’s also extremely satisfying to make from scratch and uses only two ingredients. So it can easily be made when there’s not much else in the fridge – you just need flour and eggs. So here is a summer workshop where you can learn three varieties of homemade pasta:
• Spaghetti Carbonara
• Linguini pesto and salmon
• Gnocchi sautéed with mushroom and walnuts
And also Chef Alex’s special
• Ravioli Ricotta cheese & Spinach
Organised in collaboration with Café Noir Restaurants, this will be a monthly affair with different themes for each session.
